Credit Card Authorization Form.
This form allows Adventure By Natasha to make payment on behalf of the Clients
Terms and Condition
By completing this form you are providing permission to Adventures By Natasha to charge your card the amount indicated on this form, on the date or recurring date(s) indicated.
Background History
Please note that if you have any criminal background warrants, owe child support, owe taxes, etc and you are denied by an airline/cruise line/hotel because of background issues, Adventures By Natasha is not liable. By booking this trip you will not receive a refund should any of the previous language be true and Adventures By Natasha will not be held responsible for you not being able to enter another country. As the traveler it is your own responsibility to know if you can travel or not and to travel with the required travel documents (passport, visa, vaccines, etc).
Travel Insurance
In the event that you decline travel insurance you will not get your deposit back and you understand that you are financially responsible for any associated change/cancellation fees. Should you not understand what travel insurance is or have questions, it is your responsibility as the client to inquire.
If you decline travel insurance you will be asked to complete a travel insurance waiver form.
Requests
Any requests to reservations such as name changes, passenger add/ drops, date extensions, flight changes etc should be provided via email to adventuresbynatasha@gmail.com. The minimum response time from Adventures By Natasha is 48 hours
Payment
Finally, final payments are due by the due dates indicated on your reservation. It is the client's responsibility to fully pay for their trip on or before the payment date.
Any reservation not paid in full by the final payment date will automatically be cancelled.
